Scientology: A Force for Good? Almost funny...
I can't help but feel slightly sick and miserable today. It is not everyday you wake up and after switching on the BBC breakfast news are confronted with a completely non-critical look at the wonders of the Scientology Church. Describing them as a self-help group rather than the evil cult they really are.
Then you start reading the news and this is what you find in the Guardian regarding the opening of the new Scientology place in London:
"Chief Superintendent Kevin Hurley, the fourth most senior police officer in the City of London, welcomed the scientologists to their new home, just a stone's throw from St Paul's Cathedral. Mr Hurley said the scientologists were a "force for good" in London and were "raising the spiritual wealth of society"
How much more ridiculous can things get? We need to try and keep these types out of the country, not have senior officials commending them.
If you want to get angry, here's where you can:
And if you then want to cheer up and have a good laugh, you can read all about their views here:
I suppose it is a good thing all those pesky aliens were deported to our planet many years ago and blown up by the overlord. Otherwise these good people would not have been around to help out at the London bombings. I'd say we've had enough help from religions when it comes to any type of bombing.
